What is your return policy?
Refund and Returns Policy
Damages and issues (Wrong item, damaged product, incorrect sizes, incomplete product)
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. If, however, your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us or send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue for you
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Procedure
Please use our returns/exchange portal here within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return pick up for the product.
Upon return, the article will go through a quality check to guarantee there’s no abuse or manhandle of the item exterior of our control. Once the returned item passes the quality check to guarantee it is unused and in its unique bundling arrange, an exchange/refund will be dispatched.
For this, 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded.
Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, mail us at sohnesohnesuit9@gmail.com. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
Above policies do not apply on handpainted paintings / Custom Orders. All of the handpainted/custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For cancellation of hand painted items, call / write to us within 48 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that.
